Quillmere is an independent visual novel. The story, script, direction and the reading engine are the author's own work.
How it was made, plainly: the script was drafted with AI writing assistance, then rewritten and edited by hand. Character portraits, backgrounds, event illustrations and music were produced with generative image and music tools from the author's own character designs, then selected, reviewed and edited by hand. No stock art, scraped images or third-party artwork are used.
If generative tools are a hard no for you, we understand — and we'd rather you knew now than found out later.
